Returns Policy
Our Returns & Refund Policy
- You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt of your ordered goods. We cannot accept packages after the 14 days period.
- Please note that all returned goods must be unworn, unused, warning tags intact and swing tags intact.
- We are not liable for any costs associated with returning your garments to us. We recommend you use a traceable form of postage and we will not process any returns until we have received the package. If the parcel is lost or misplaced in transit to us this is not our responsibility. We advise that you keep all postage receipts encase you have to trace your parcel.
- Please pack your goods carefully. Email Rashidaandnoah@yahoo.com to let us know you are returning the goods and we will email you our returns form. Please quote your order number in your email. Please let us know the reason for returning the item.
- We shall reimburse you within 7 days from the day we receive the returned item(s).
- On inspection of the goods, if we find that you have handled the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, you will be liable for the value of the goods.
Delivery / Returns information
United kingdom & Ireland
For all uk orders shipping is charged at £3.99
Delivery will take approximately 3-5 working days with Royal Mail First Class.
Orders to Ireland are charged at £3.99 with First Class mail and take 3-5 working days.
Orders to Europe are charged at £9.99
International orders to the rest of the world are charged at £13.99

* We cannot combine shipping costs for multiple orders, modify or cancel any orders once they have been submitted. However, unwanted items can be returned once they are received if they meet our return conditions. You can read about our return policy.
International Orders:
All international orders outside the UK with the exception of IRELAND are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Covid 19 & Shipping:
We are closely monitoring the current global crisis and the subsequent shipping procedures. Royal Mail are carrying out deliveries to most countries and are delivering within approximately 14 days. You may find that at times your order is slower to get to you than they usually would be. We would like to thank you for your understanding and patience at this difficult time.

Please allow 7-14 days for your order to arrive. However, be aware that things can take a little longer during these times.

Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that your item(s) is faulty you must return them to us in their original packaging and with the original paperwork. The returned faulty item must be returned unworn, unused and with swing / warning tags attached. Please inspect your goods upon receipt of them, we can only accept return of faulty goods within 14 days. Please email us to rashidaandnoah@yahoo.ie so we are aware to expect your parcel.
Due to the current global pandemic of COVID19 and increased pressure on our postal services we recommend that you use a traceable method to register or record your return parcel to us. we cannot issue an exchange or refund until we receive the returned goods. Any costs associated with the return or exchange of the product are the responsibility of the customer.
